WhatsApp Business Integration Guide

Connect your Meta WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to Yield.ai in 5 simple steps.

Meta Business Manager Verification

Ensure you have an active Facebook/Meta Business Suite account with administrator access. Meta requires business verification to send unlimited WhatsApp messages to new leads.

  • Business Tax ID or Registration Document
  • Official Business Website or Domain Email

Meta Embedded Signup Flow

Navigate to the Connect WhatsApp page and click "Log in with Facebook". This launches Meta's official Embedded Signup modal.

Permissions Requested by Yield.ai:

• whatsapp_business_management — Configure webhooks and business profile

• whatsapp_business_messaging — Receive incoming buyer inquiries and send AI responses

Phone Number Registration

Select an existing WhatsApp Business Phone Number or register a dedicated new number. You will receive an SMS or Voice OTP code from Meta to verify ownership.

Note: If the phone number is currently active on standard WhatsApp Mobile App, you must delete the account from the phone before linking to the Business Cloud API.
